Delivery call from Shanghai to Yerevan

We would like to tell you about our last delivery of chargers from Shanghai to Yerevan, which encountered unforeseen difficulties that were beyond our company’s control.

Our client asked us to deliver his cargo from Shanghai to Yerevan. This route involved transit through the airport in Warsaw, Poland. From the beginning, it was planned that the whole process would take approximately 5-6 days, and we made all the necessary arrangements with LOT Airlines, which operated the flight from Warsaw to Yerevan.

However, when our cargo was ready to be shipped from Shanghai, we faced unforeseen delays. The flights were rescheduled for the next day and this continued for several days in a row. This happened due to problems caused by LOT, the airline we had cooperated with for the transit of the cargo.

During this time, we remained in constant contact with the client, telling them about any changes in the delivery schedule. We informed them about the reasons for the delays and tried to find solutions that would allow us to deliver the cargo as soon as possible.

However, the situation was not improving, and our shipment remained at the transit airport in Warsaw. The number of days of delay was increasing, and our client was feeling frustrated as the delivery took longer than we had originally promised.

We understood our client’s frustration and dissatisfaction and realized that this situation was an unpleasant incident for them. We accepted full responsibility for the event, despite the fact that the cause of the delays was beyond our control.
